We are involved in a residential development site from the date our client identifies it until the date on which the final plot is sold. We also work for a number of specialised part exchange companies.
As we deal with high volumes of work for these clients we have tailored our IT systems to their own individual requirements. Our clients have told us that this use of technology has proven extremely beneficial to them.
We cover a wide range of commercial developments both in terms of value and in terms of use. Where the development is retained for investment purposes we also have the capability in our landlord and tenant team to provide all property management assistance required.
We deal with all aspects of the development process. We understand the most efficient structures for carrying out projects including Joint Ventures Special Purpose Vehicles and LLPs. We know that funding is critical to any development and have real depth in understanding and delivering funding arrangements.
