Ellie advises employers in relation to both contentious and non-contentious employment issues, from the beginning of the employment relationship through to dismissal and any subsequent employment tribunal proceedings. She advises on a wide range of issues including unfair dismissal and all strands of discrimination law, reorganisations and redundancies, disciplinary and grievance situations and business immigration.

Ellie represents employers in the employment tribunal and is a regular speaker at employment law seminars. She also delivers bespoke training to clients on a wide variety of employment law topics.
