How can Mike help you?

If you're concerned with employment law as an employer, HR professional or employee, Mike can help. His experience covers the full range of employment law from discrimination to transfers of undertakings, and from Tribunals to training, advice and drafting. He is a frequent lecturer and seminar presenter. Around five years ago Mike led a team to train all staff at a college in discrimination law and practical responsibilities. Since the training exercise, no claims have been made.

What's Mike's background?

Mike has practiced in employment law for 30 years and is visiting professor of employment law at Birmingham City University. He is also the author of the Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy sections of Jordans Employment Law Service. Mike’s clients include a wide range of employers from plcs to small charities, universities and colleges, and some senior employees.

The 2012 edition of legal directory Chambers describes Mike as "practical, straightforward and easy to deal with".
